At Ceahllynu, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and return-related costs are handled for purchases made on ceahllynu.com.

Ceahllynu sells vase decor products, including ceramic and glass vases. Because these products may be fragile, please inspect your order carefully after delivery and contact us promptly if there is any issue.


Return Window

Ceahllynu accepts free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Free Returns

Approved returns are free for customers.

Once your return request is approved, Ceahllynu will cover all approved return-related costs, including approved return shipping costs.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return approval and return instructions from us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Eligible Return Conditions

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • the return request is made within 30 days of delivery;
  • the product was purchased directly from ceahllynu.com;
  • the product is unused and in its original condition;
  • the product includes original packaging or protective materials when reasonably possible;
  • the customer can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase;
  • the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or clearly not as described.

Because our products include ceramic and glass vase decor items, please keep the product and packaging in safe condition while your return request is being reviewed.


Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted if:

  • the request is made more than 30 days after delivery;
  • the product was not purchased directly from ceahllynu.com;
  • the product has been used, altered, repaired, modified, or damaged after delivery;
  • the product was damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, improper placement, or accidental damage;
  • the customer cannot provide proof of purchase;
  • the item is returned without prior approval from Ceahllynu;
  • the returned item is not the same item that was originally purchased.

This does not limit your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a clear quality issue, please contact us at service@ceahllynu.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a brief description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the product;
  • clear photos of the outer and inner packaging.

Please do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us. For fragile ceramic and glass items, packaging photos may help us review the issue and provide a proper solution.

After review, we may offer a return, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

After we review your request, we will contact you with the next steps. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent to a different address or sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

After we receive and review the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account after it has been issued.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ceahllynu.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.


Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

Ceahllynu is not responsible for return or refund issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided information, such as an incorrect shipping address.
