Shipping Policy

At Ceahllynu, we want your vase decor products to arrive safely and in good condition. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long order processing and delivery usually take, which carriers we use, and what customers should know before placing an order.


Shipping Area

Ceahllynu currently ships only to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed through our store.


Shipping Fee

Ceahllynu offers free shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

There are no standard shipping fees charged at checkout for eligible orders.


Order Processing Time

Orders usually require 1 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time includes order review, product preparation, careful packaging, and carrier handoff.

Because our products include fragile ceramic and glass vase decor items, we take extra care when packing each order to help reduce the risk of damage during delivery.


Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 business days, including processing time and delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.


Business Days and Holiday Processing

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed on those days.

Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

Ceahllynu uses UPS and FedEx for order delivery.

The carrier used for your order may depend on the delivery address, package size, product type, and carrier availability.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

Ceahllynu is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ceahllynu.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.


Delayed Deliveries

Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur.

Delivery delays may be caused by:

  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • holiday shipping volume
  • address verification issues
  • package routing issues
  • events outside our reasonable control

If your order appears delayed, please contact us at service@ceahllynu.com, and we will help review the available tracking information.


Damaged Packages or Products

Because Ceahllynu sells fragile ceramic and glass decor products, please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ceahllynu.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damaged product
  • clear photos of the outer and inner packaging

Please do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us, as they may be needed to review the issue.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check the delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or household members first.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at service@ceahllynu.com, so we can help review the situation based on the available carrier information.
